This Super Delicious Sesame - Cheese Batter Bread
The Ingredients Are:
2 ½ Cups all-purpose flour,divided
3 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon Dried Parsely Flakes
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Package Active Dry Yeast
1 Cup Skim Milk
2 Tablespoons Margarine
1 Egg
1/2 Cup (2 Ounces) Shredded Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
VEGETABLE COOKING SPRAY
2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
FOR THE PREPARATION:
Combine 1-1/4 Cups flour and next 5 ingredients in a large bowl; Stir well. Set aside.
Combine milk and margarin in a small sauce pan ; cook over medium heat until margarin melts. Cool to 120° to 130°.
Gradually add milk mixture to flour mixture, beating at low speed of an electric mixer until blended. Add egg, and beat at low speed until blended. Beat mixture an additional 3 minutes at medium spleed. Gradually stir in remaining 1 cup flour and cheese.
Spoon batter into a 9-x5-x3-inch loafpan coated with cooking spray. Cover and let rise in a warm place (85°), free from drafts, 35 minutes or until batter is doubled in bulk.
Sprinkle loaf with sesame seeds Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until loaf is golder. Remove loaf from pan, and let cool on a wire rack.
