Freedom inspired by free stock pexels.com
I decided to try out an image from pexels.com in one of my vehicle wrap designs, I just posted the new proofs to my client so I hope they like it. There are many other images to use on Pexels so I am excited to find a free to use source of images. They do have the ability to donate to the creator so I am going to go back and give them a tip as a thank you for using there photo if the design gets approved. This is a cool way for me to thank the photographers for providing me the stock to design. This also gives me an opportunity to direct them to a Steem blog post and invite them to share there talent with the steem community. Through this we can invite more creative people to join us and create together. I would love to put out a request to the photography community for stock images that artists can use to create with. I learned so much from Artpapa.com back in 2005-2007 it was my first exposure to a group of artists and creatives that shared openly all there techniques and think Steem has the parts to make something like that work. I need to search around and see if there is anyone working on steemArtstudy where we can make a virtual space for artists to share there work and for students to learn from the more experienced and have a Blockchain art school with it's own SMT so by taking part you get payed to go to art school. There are so many possibilities and I am starting to realize my bigger purpose on here it is about bringing together that space that Allowistic island in Abundance to allow the path to learning the skills and challenges from those that have tried and failed more times than the new have tried.... share the knowledge.
This is not what I started off to write, yet as I write I learn more things along the lines of the usefulness to others. How can I be of service to others with my flow of creativity. Thank STEEM, I am enjoying writing and making videos and so many other connections are being made right now so thank you for following me and Thank you for supporting me on my creative journey.
Here is the image I started with 
I then placed it into my template as a smart object in Photoshop CC
I selected a single row of pixels along the left side of the photo and duplicated them to a new layer then pulled them out to the front of the car resizing them and then used the warp tool to create a sort of wave off of the front of the photo... this is an old technique I have used to make design elements from photos. Maybe I will post a how to on that using some photos from some Steemians posts that sounds cool.... Ok back to the proofs
Here I used the same approach to make the color flow across the deck lid. This time I choose to just pull them straight so I have a nice hard edge on the top to make it look like the side. Then I place a gradent layer from white to light blue on a layer under the phone number and web addy. To make it flow around the corner I paint in on a new layer a soft white brush stroke just two taps of the mouse at a very large size with soft edges. This blends the blue back to white so the edge is white to match the side of the car where the wraps meet. This makes for a cleaner wrap design and less of the abrupt change.
Sometimes you want that big shift like in the hood design I wanted it to look like a painting and wrap all the way around the hood. That is the first image you saw and here is a mock up in perspective.
I used the perspective tool by right clicking on the control point. Sorry I dont have screen shots of all these steps I decided to share it after I finished this set of proofs. LEts Upvote our way to freedom together.... I find it ironic that the wrap design is for a credit union and we are growing out of the banks and are becoming our own holders of BANks in our blockchain pocket....
Thanks @allowistiartist! we all need sometimes good images to use and finding them free is not easy. I think this websites will be good.
The other thing I was thinking that would be cool is a STEEM VR experiance where you can view art in a very large way. When i view my art in VR it is one of my favorite spaces and I am looking forward to having an enviroment where we can sit and have a conversation. I do have an idea we can use Vtime it is an app for VR conversations and it is in 3d so the images look really cool. I may have to set up some ways to have VRSteem Meetups so we can all meet in VR oh now that would be a cool use of the steem blochchain.
About 20 years ago I wanted to write something... I wanted it so badly... Unstoppable thinking about it! I started to search about "why the writers write" What I found was very interesting... "Because, they can not talk well". I prefer, keep writing... :) :)

I use to play this game there.com and you could type and it would come up over your head like a thought bouble and others that liked to talk could use their voice. it worked out pretty well and was a fun way to meet people back in 2004-5 they still have it running now if you go to there.com I have meet @unityeagle in there.com it was fun. and you know life is about FUN

I am setting up my room to be more record friendly so I can share some of my ART making and my VR creating.
I think we live many times and we can tap into the knowledge of all lifes past to help us in this one. Meditation helps in awareness of this.
I like the idea of building an artists resource on the steem blockchain with multiple SMT for different additional rewards for those that contribute an those that learn and share there process so the next generation has more to learn from. I wished for this kind of resource when I was starting out and starting over and only the steem blockchain has the token rewards system that can be built into it. I am noticiting with some of the new apps they are filling the needs of a part of the market and steemit is like the city open but hard to manage and I think when you get over a threshold of followers and people you follow you end up missing the stuff you love. So if we can build an app for art that can filter it down to the art and cut out the noise then you can have a fresh enviroment look at d.tube they only show videos on the creators pages and then give a link to the blog via steemit.com and busy.org this is smart it makes the d.tube platfomr all about video and still gives you the gate way to get into the full blog busy space we are enjoying.
Yes, those options of the steemit has are great. When you look at your twitter timeline, it is difficult to find what you need to or like to see. Using tags such as art or dtube is very easy on steemit. By the way, your idea about finding the resources to helping for future users is also great. :)
I am all in on STEEM I am working on many ideas of how to build incomes for people using the blockchain and sMt tech

Hell yeah man, thanks. I downloaded Vaudle but my phone is a piece of shit and it's been crashing haha. I'm hoping to get my tech problems figured out pretty soon here. I feel like I've been missing a lot of your stuff because dTube also runs like shit on my computer.
But my government tax returns come this week and I'm planning on replacing my phone and working on my computer. I guess Steemit inspired me to some extent, haha. Excited to see what you've been up to! Just wanted to stop by. Cheers man!

pexels is awesome, really helpful site. I like pixabay too, and there's several others for footage as well which i find particularly useful!

I use premier pro, you can download a trial for I believe a week from the creative cloud website if you want to get a feel for it, then I think you can subscribe and pay monthly. But it's quite expensive, i'd only recommend it for people that want to do video editing full time as their thing. But, my partner was until recently doing some amazing things with Apple's imovie and I've also heard that blender is really good, completely free and gives you lots of creative freeddom in terms of what you can do.
