Artichoke

Artichoke is a large herbaceous plant with edible shoots. This is a culinary delicacy. The aroma of the artichoke is thin, spicy, and small, unfolded shoots are usually the softest. Artichokes served hot with sauce or as a cold salad or snack.

Artichoke plants have thick jagged leaves, wool that grow up to one meter in length. Artichoke died every year after the formation of flowers. New shoots appear in the next season to produce roses with strong branching stalks with purple flowers inflorescence. After four to eight years, the socket cluster becomes solid, and the size and quality of the inflorescence decreases. Then the plant returns by planting a new channel or root branch.

Artichoke is a plant that is quite useful, because it contains many different nutrients.
