And recently I was suggested to channel on YouTube; the author, in general, broadcasts very closely with my own thoughts. There I learned the word, which is all called, - minimalist.

Minimal things, minimum people, minimum case - and maximum return: health, money, joy. Optimization and reduction to a higher mat. Everything, as I like.

Even before I learned about this stream, I intuitively began to optimize the various directions of my life. The first thing that comes to mind after thinking of "cleaning everything" is to get rid of the unnecessary.
