Tags reputation is not the same to user steem reputation. Tags reputation depends on upvoting users reputation

User steem raputatian can makes tag repucation and tag raputation can makes rating points (rating)

First I've learned, your steem reputaion has nothing to do with the Steemit reputation. It grounds on the popularity of tags. The rating we find in every list i.e. 89.283 is the XP. The user activity sum. Tags have reputation Posting an article with tag – User gets tag reputation, score depends on already gained user points. Incoming vote – I gain user points Outgoing vote – a user gains points Any aktivity the tag earns tag points
