I don't understand german, but that's what happen when you bend the rule
(on a matter of fact, Ireland is probably more guilty for having offer a deal to Apple which wasn't legal in EU framework)

    The funny thing is: it was not only completely legal, but it was also EU-Law that made the deal possible at all
