Good, don't click on anything. That steemleaners comment is mostly talking about adding original content to shared text. Adding some thoughts/opinions to it, thats type of thing. Best thing to do is aim for 50% original in every post. Adds value, gets more upvotes, and benefits the STEEM blockchain.
