I know about the father-daughter and mother-son relationship but I do not care ... I have a son and I try to make my relationship special with him, to teach him things that I know, to learn things with me. Unfortunately, he does not live with me, but ... I try to make the moments we are together a learning experience for life, in a certain way (in many cases for both).
There is nothing more beautiful for me than when he and I are going to brush our teeth in the morning, for example, and I can see him as he observes me and imitates what I do. The discovery that we share similar tastes and also feelings ... teaching him when something is wrong, laughing together, to understand each other just by looking into each other's eyes and so on ...
yes, you are very right. Specialy when your own children live not any more with you, than it is a bit different, than never mind boy or girl. Your words are very good and true, It is a Wonderfull feeling when we can see the own child doing that things, which we leaned them. No money on this earth can get this happiness. It is the point that you feel, you did it right. When I play with my daughter and she look into my eyes, thats wonderful moments. It is like the energy goes to each others and we can see the deep soul of each other
