women empowerment

The process in which women expand and recreate what they can do and accomplish that they previously were denied is known as women employment. Women empowerment is very important and necessary for the development of nation and society. The government should provide different facilities and empowerment to women for the better development of the nation. Nowadays women empowerment is increasing. Due to this women are achieving goals in their life. Most of the women are participating in different developmental works and activities. Because of women empowerment, women are taking their rights from the government.

Gender inequality refers to the idea and situation that women and men are not equal. In other words, it refers to the unequal treatment of men and women. Our society is women dominated society so the men take all the decision of family matters and other outside matter. Women are limited for the household activities like caring of children, cooking, etc. Women don't have rights to work at outside and taking the decision of any subject matter.
