I don't even want to think about how hot it is in Dallas in August.
And the poor turtle looks over-chlorinated. I'm sure he's glad to be back in a normal pond!
Thanks for swinging by, your photography series served as a great inspiration for this one. Yeah, moving vehicle shots are hit or miss sometimes.
This summer wasn't too bad. There was a stretch of brutal 110º heat in July but the season has been coasting down into autumn with each passing week.
The turtle swam away pretty quickly when he got to the pond, all's well that ends well :)
