The new gurus are “science” gurus. Ne’ry a day goes by that I don’t read the echoes of cosmic awareness resonating throughout the stack. “Science is confirming what the ancients have known ages ago, but we have forgotten.” How is is that these most modern hominids forgot these sacred teachings and rituals?
Because this stuff wasn’t taught to the rabble. The pre-ascended “masters” were very particular about who they shared occult (hidden) practices and rituals with. If these “secrets” fall into the wrong hands, we could lose another continent.
In this century, most of the accounts regurgitating allegorical elements of the “secrets of the ages”, are doing exactly what adepts and serious students feared they would do. 1. Get it wrong. And 2, spread it around to a population unable to comprehend it, or, if they did, they would use it for some trivial reason. Like getting laid.
Which reminds me of the “Pick-up Artist” era in the early part of this century. This is a perfect example.

Some of the “senior” members of this agglomeration, (this is pre manosphere), were recommending their “students” to read books about Milton Erickson. Milton Erickson was an American psychiatrist and psychologist specializing in medical hypnosis and family therapy. He is noted for his approach to the unconscious mind as creative and solution-generating. He is also noted for influencing brief therapy, strategic family therapy, family systems therapy, solution focused brief therapy, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). It was the hypnosis and NLP that many would-be pick-up artists used to get laid. I have literally seen this being practiced in a bar one night. I couldn’t look away.
Just imagine what would happen if some renegade adept from Tibet decided to teach young adults at the Learning Annex how set shit on fire with their thoughts.

A lot of these neuro-scientists out here think they’re spilling the beans. They are merely casting pearls before swine.

Humans, in the opinion of your humble vagabond, by and large are congenitally incapable of comprehending the “true” secrets of alchemy, and the lessons taught in the Mystery Schools.

Take for example the allegory of transmuting lead into gold. How many “scientists” spent how many years attempting this “magic?” Recently, physicists at CERN successfully turned lead into gold using the world's largest and most powerful machine, the Large Hadron Collider (LHC). The gold atoms themselves are unstable and only existed for about a microsecond before they decayed . As one physicist noted, producing a single ounce of gold this way would cost over one quadrillion dollars.

This brings to mind the story of King Midas. He wanted everything he touched to turn to gold. Well, this turned out to be a disaster.

These science gurus are doing the same thing, only the vector is, “neuro-science.”

Once again, your boy has gone round the bend. The point is that the most basic of basic practices, that make sense, and have worked for this vessel, do not require you to be attached or detached from any religion, organized, sanctioned, underground or otherwise. It requires You to do the work. Take responsibility for your own shit. That’s as much of the “secret” that I feel comfortable sharing.

Because We could give you a list of “sure fire” strategies and practices that we sorted out over the decades through trial and success, and have worked spectacularly well for this vessel, but could be disastrous for you.

If you follow us you will hear/read this reference again and again and again. It’s the image of the intrepid, well-meaning and compassionate money, putting a fish in a tree to keep it from drowning.
