A Night of Light and Tradition: Loy Krathong Festival.

We had the pleasure of
attending the Loy Krathong
Festival at a university in
Bangkok. The campus came
alive with colorful decorations,
lively music, and joyful laughter
from students and visitors
alike. The event beautifully
captured the spirit of Thai
culture, blending traditional
charm with youthful creativity.

Students had set up a variety
of booths featuring games,
handmade crafts, and cultural
activities. One of the highlights
was the candle flowers called
krathongs, which are beautifully
crafted floating offerings.
Visitors were invited to gently place
their krathongs onto the
university's serene pond,
symbolizing an apology to the
Goddess of Water for using her
resources throughout the year.
Watching the tiny lights drift
gracefully across the water
was a truly peaceful and
reflective moment.
