Happy New Year & A Catch Up With A Friend

Last night I got out of my first photoshoot of 2026, my friend messaged me and asked if I wanted to go on a night shoot, through the day the weather was looking a bit dodgy but it soon got clearer for the night, although a thin veil of high altitude clouds made an appearance, you could still see the stars.

We headed to a monument not far from me called Hoober Stand, one of 4 monuments around the Wentworth Estate in South Yorkshire, England. This monument was built between 1746-1748 to commemorate the quashing of the Jackobite rebellion in 1745.

And it was cold...
