On The Digital Radar
i’m gonna try and produce a little log of things that have really popped for me today in between my break times doing recordings (i make online courses btw) i seem to have an attraction to some interesting stuff, i find this content often stirring, inspirational or downright weird. enjoy! :)
icelandic power plant transforms carbon emissions into stone, whoa. what?
http://inhabitat.com/icelandic-power-plant-transforms-carbon-emissions-into-stone
that is pretty incredible progress, i then see a massive place like a template of climate built out of it in the future but then it has to have an army protect it because it comes a target for terrorist wanting to attack it to cause climate destruction on the world. for every positive their is a negative. just messing, just my brain on autoplay again, tbh - judging by the next thing i found today it’s a good idea we are coming up with ideas like this. ..
we just might be running out of air. …
to be honest i don’t really care for what side of the fence your on about climate change, logic is logic and this seems totally legit to me that if temperatures go up and ocean life cannot do the the daily chores they were always doing then it’s bound to have a global effect, this then has a knock on effect for health and ultimately a war for air - guess it was always gonna be a war for air and water - maybe we need a blockchain for the collection and storage of oxygen, do you have a right to breath? or should i say, keep writing to breath. steem on! :)
. ..but don’t worry we have kung fu nuns
http://uk.businessinsider.com/r-kung-fu-nuns-bike-himalayas-to-oppose-human-trafficking-2016-9
you know i like to keep things moving. imagine then for a moment that your out for a bike ride around the himalayas, just doing your tourist thing and you come across a squadron of kung fu nuns. you would just have to do an instagram selfie right? another reason to be outside in nature, you just never know what you might bump into. props to the kung fu nuns. mad respect.
if your on android be aware of scanning malware
Fake anti-virus filled with malware are flooding app stores - CNET
after the recent wannacry attack globally it seems that a stack (27!) fake malware virus scanning apps are on the android play store. please be careful out there when getting the right scanning application, some are fake pretending to scan for the attack but rather execute the very attacks they were meant to protect you from. it’s antisocial media rife year out there. be smart and only go to official verified sources people!
potcoin crypto springs for a ticket for rodman
A cryptocurrency for weed is sending Dennis Rodman back to North Korea - The Verge
Potcoin Sends Dennis Rodman Back to North Korea - YouTube
in a wtf moment for the general world around us it appears that dennis rodman is off to north korea, yep north to hang out with his buddy Kim Jong Un. I’m still confused as to why more people don’t think this is so ultra weird, red flag that we live in a simulation. i mean, don’t the US GOV get a bit weirded out about this? are they bugging him? what do they discuss, basketball? what’s going on man, sponsored by a weed crypto coin? we have hit full massive insanity people. doing it for the lols.
. ..why ethereum is outpacing bitcoin
Why Ethereum is outpacing Bitcoin | VentureBeat | Commerce | by Jack du Rose, Colony
i’ve been wondering this myself. i’ve heard people talk about market cap and trading terms like that but this makes a lot clearer sense to a dummy like me, if you’ve been looking at the price rises and wondered give this a little read.
finally today, the universal translator is here?
Lingmo language translator earpiece powered by IBM Watson
it’s not going to be too long until we have hud display lenses and earpieces or implants that allow us to hear and see text and language in our native tongue. imagine the knowledge and worlds we will see, the crossover information stored, the legacy that will now natively cross pollinate - the best global party you have ever been too where the music and words of different cultures become your own. wow, living in the future man! :)
