The angle Depends on the disc & how you throw it. Under stable discs can be released pretty flat or even on a hyper & still make great rollers. I saw Ken Climo throwing rollers at the 2011 memorial open, best rollers I’ve ever seen. He was throwing beat up teebirds for rollers at the time
