AGE DISCRIMINATION AT WORKPLACE
Whether you're too young, or middle-aged, this is something which widely happens in so called "business world". The fact that employers search for and hire employees who are within an only certain lifespan (usually between 23 and 35) is really embarassing. Even more shocking is that many require certain "work experience" and "skills", although people in their 20-ties could not have possibly acquired them all, which is normal. Could it be that many employers have critiria which are opposed to logic and common sense?
