Time to Scrap the FBI

Why start over ? Why not just get rid of them.(Ruby Ridge and Waco comes to mind.) What good are they? Doesn't FBI mean 'forever bothering individuals?"

It needs to stop.

Perhaps a hard look should be given the NSA, The FBI and about a dozen or so other alphabet agencies too.

Where in the constitution are they authorized?
