I would guess that being a President (of the uS) an under constant attack by the leftie globs, is a full time job, so he has to rely on advice from others on subjects like digital coins etc.

I am a Trump supporter, but in this case I am not in agreement with him. That is the good thing about supporting him, we are allowed to have our own opinions. If I tried saying the same about most of the glob EU politicians, I would probably find myself locked up next to Tommy Robinson.
