Merrill Lynch had informed FINRA about Kyung Soo Kim that he is fined $5,000 and banned from working with a FINRA related firm for a month. This is the latest in the SEC crackdown on the slightest cryptocurrency infractions. The SEC is evidently trying to stop the spread of cryptocurrency.
