Military sexual assaults climb 38% 2016- 2018; alcohol often a factor

Sexual assault in the military saw a 38% increase from 2016-2018. This according to a report the Pentagon is going to release this week. The spike comes after years of concentrated effort to reduce the instances of sexual assault.
