The Philippine Navy's new frigate was formally launched at the Hyundai Heavy Industries shipbuilding facility in Ulsan, South Korea Thursday.
I couldn't be more proud of Duterte's administration and the projects he's been pushing thru completion. Despite of the heavy allegations thrown from the opposition, our President remained so calm yet vigilant to the current issues the country is facing.
