Although retailers see the potential of Big Data solutions, they are holding back its implementation because: 

  • They don't fully understand how Big Data can solve their problems. 
  • The cost of implementing Big Data solution is high and need to come down. 
  • The complexity of Big Data solution is an impediment and need to be simplified and made intuitive to business users.
