Sustainability is the way to go. It takes more than you think though. I was prepared for a family of five, but ended up with 21! That definitely put a crinkle in the best-planned sustainability! But you learn to cope! My fondest dream/hope is that we get our family back together soon. Fingers crossed!

I love your tiny kitchen. Reminds me of mine. Not big but can produce the meals necessary! Second dream is to one day have a decent sized kitchen!
