In this setup, I use a Logitech 920 webcam :) It's really great, and very inexpensive. And the mic I'm using is a Blue Yeti, just set to 0.5 gain (of 10), and up off the desk with a mount.
Ah ok, it's actually a perfectly decent image quality so thanks for the info. We have a nice condenser already so that's taken care of.
