A Luxurious Dinner at the HK Grant Hyatt / 香港湾仔的君悦中餐厅

During my stay in Hong Kong, I was invited out for dinner with our business associates to a prestigious restaurant in the Grant Hyatt hotel. The place is lavishly decorated throughout, appearing quite formal. However it must be said, I enjoyed one fantastic Cantonese meal there!

Located in "One Harbour Road", the Grant Hyatt restaurant is next door to the city’s “Convention and Exhibition Centre". A great location indeed. The high ceilings give the place a unique grandiose charm, that I loved.

We were offered a table by the window overlooking the harbour. The view of Kowloon from afar was a nice atmospheric touch. Also, there was sufficient spacing between each table, giving diners their privacy. The restaurant has two levels and with private room, if required by certain guests. Perfect for families, couples or, even business meetings.

We had exceptional courses as the food was outstanding. Something for everyone’s taste and served to pure perfection.

For me, the Beking Duck was the best! It was served in a traditional style. Juicy and tender from the very first bite. The chef even carved it up in front of us.

The level of professionalize and service on the evening was impeccable. The team was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the meal and afterwards.

I had such an enjoyable evening at the Grant Hyatt in Wan Chai. I would highly recommend dining here, especially for a special occasion. Enjoy!

我上个月在香港出差的时候，商业合作伙伴邀请我一起在香港君悦酒店的特色中菜餐厅用餐。那里的家常粤菜好正宗哦， 环境也不错，很值得推荐！

君悦酒店位于湾仔道一号，可以直接通往香港会展中心，离湾仔地铁站和天星码头只有五分钟的步行距离，非常便利。中餐厅有高高的天花板，气派不凡。空间设计很有品味，高雅大方。

我们坐在靠窗边的位置，放眼尽是维多利亚港的美景！餐厅有两层，也有私人房间，是享有休闲午餐，进行商业会议和家庭聚餐的理想地点。

供应商已经事先点好了九道菜，样样都很精致，美味，颇有特色。对我而言，他们家的北京烤鸭是最棒的！师傅会亲自在你面前片鸭，那肥美的烤鸭看得我口水都快滴下来了，呵呵。 酥酥脆脆的鸭皮，配上饼皮，葱丝，黄瓜和甜面酱，每次都吃得我欲罢不能，哈哈！

这里的服务也是一流。整个晚上我都能感受到这里优秀的服务态度，不愧是五星级酒店的水平。这家君悦酒店中餐厅提供高质量的粤菜，细心的服务，为客人带来难以忘怀的餐饮体验，很值得推荐哦！
