It is not always a matter of sucking a PvP games like this, many fail to realize it has to do with internet connection as well as skills in PvP. In the event you have really good internet or really shitty internet you will lose 98% of all games playing against those with medium internet.

A good computer vs. a shitty one often makes a huge difference too! :D

That is another factor as well as if you are playing against other gaming platforms.

I know in H1Z1 I pop helmets and get 3 or 4 hit markers and when I get killed the player I hit 5 times is at 100% health, lol. I used to get fairly mad until I figured out what was happening, now I am blah about it.

Haha, yeah, I know what you mean. It's the same in CS:GO too. You'll experience some minor lag with a "decent" computer, and even if you can't really notice it yourself that much, your opponent will have a slight advantage in every peek. Annoying as fu#k, but that's just how things are.
