make sure you enter your memes into "comedy" and "humor" tags. Also, you could enter a few comedyopenmic contests, if you're up for it. And another good tag to use is "punchline". He'll look at your stuff and sometimes give some good upvotes for it.
nice, thanks for the info, i will try that comedyopenmic contests, tricky part with tags is that dmania allows only 4 tags but i will definitely mix them up
