Since all of political leaks have so far revealed what I believe to be actual evidence of crimes by many different people, what are the possibilities for getting this information organized in a way that allows it to be sent to law enforcement from the various criminal participants home city (i.e. if someone was committing treasonous acts in chicago, then thousands of people could very easily mail or turn in personally the evidence against that person to local chicago PD or Sherriff departments)?

Start getting the weaker players in the sick political power game the professional criminals have been playing and set some protocol for verifying and using this hacked information in court perhaps. Anyone with legal experience see how this could be done within current court systems?
