The Hydrogel Rumor & Hypertension
I heard from a reel, on one of those Insta-Tok apps, that toxins or diseases can be encapsulated in hydrogel . So, how does the hydrogel get into your tissues or muscles? It would have to be injected of course.
If I have it, it would have been injected that time when I went to the dentist and whatever he injected into me had no anesthetic affect on the pain they were inflicting on me. I likely had something else in it.
The rumor is that certain cell lines or 'medicines' can be released months or years after the hydrogel was injected. They need only send a frequency (the one prescribed) in the vicinity of the 'patient' - then the corresponding punishment or vaccine can take affect. There is a lot of documentation of these realities and there are even products advertising similar tech as products. The only thing that takes faith to buy into what I am writing is the part about these things being used as weapons against people without the people's permission.
I am just grazing the the surface of this topic because I recently came down with something that seems to have no cause. It just flared up out of the blue.
Out of the Blue
Years ago, back in 2023, I had a 8 month period of time where I had very high blood pressure. I could have died before I noticed it because I have always had text book blood pressure 120/80 no matter what I am doing. I even got in a motorcycle accident and the measured 120/80 in the ambulance 15 minutes after I totalled my Honda 750.
When my eyes started to see double I starting checking things. Found out I had high blood pressure. I got 'Losartan' to take - one to two tablets per day. I started with 1 per day, it did not help. Then I did 2 per day (100mg) and it did not help. But it did cause severe virtigo (dizziness) and severe back pain - I found out it was not muscular but rather kidney pain.
So I quit the pills! I stopped all salt intake and all coffee. The BP went right down and stayed there. The above occurred during six months to a year. The result of giving up coffee all at one time was gout. Severe foot pain just behind the big toe. It is something you get and then can never cure. I still have it.
Over the next six months to a year, I slowly tried a little sea salt on some foods. Measuring my blood pressure was already a routine thing for me to do so that I don't stroke out. I just kept checking it.

I kept adding small amounts of salt into my diet and never went out to eat without bringing my own sea salt. Never a problem with high BP. Months after starting to eat salt again, I tried one cup of coffee twice a week. No BP problems. Then one cup per day. No BP problems. Hmmm.

I just typed in a search
I am not sure what it is about regular industrial salt, but that seems to be the culprit. Related to the gout, I found out that there was a study once that looked at gout: People who drank coffee in any form, even decaffeinated, never get gout. Basically, tomatoes, red meet, wine, and a complete lack of coffee almost surely results in severe food pain that you will learn the name for, Gout.
Why do I bring this up now?
Well, I have no idea why this all started nearly four years ago and I have no idea what is causing it now. In addition to the other ungodly symptoms I am having, covered in all the posts up until now, I have spent the last couple months chasing eye problems which turned out to be crisis level hypertension or, high blood pressure.
I am going through all the previous steps to try to lower it. I have taken Losartan, first in small doses, then increasing it to the maximum (100mg daily), and cutting all coffee with the exception of three cups of decaf per week. My gout has been minimally painful for over a year and I do not want to aggravate it again.
I know what the doctor will say when I go, which may be tomorrow, he will tell me to take Losartan and I will tell him that I have been on it since Easter.
Everyone has been screaming at me to go to the doctor. That is my last resort since they all lost their minds last covid. I have predicted what will happen at the doctor's office. I am wondering if the doctors have a next step when the standard 'one pill fits all' has not worked.

I have cut out sea salt and have learned to have a burger and fries with no salt. The trick is spicy mayonnaise. It burns so much that you cannot tell there is no salt on it.
That is all I have for today.
