The Lonely Dog

The Lonely Dog always kept a big sponge that they would often share. It should have been a fairly different idea, to my neighbour, but not to the Dog, who felt that the idea was wonderous. You wouldnt have imagined, a big sponge was the item that was opted for.

The Lonely Dog often carried a pen that they would sometimes put on his head. This seems a new idea, to my neighbour, but not to the Dog, who had come to the conclusion that it was in fact, awesome. Bizarrely, a pen is the item to select.

The Lonely Dog always had with them a cup that they would often try to nail to the wall. It might have been an odd suggestion, to me and my children, but not to the Dog, who had decided that the idea was miraculous. Remarkably, a cup of all things.

The Lonely Dog looked for a bottle of beer that they liked to insert somewhere. It should be an unusual thought, to everybody you know, but not to the Dog, who thinks that the idea was out of this world. Bizarrely, a bottle of beer would be the thing that was opted for.

The Lonely Dog needed a spade that they liked to worship. It would have been an extraordinary thought, to me and my husband, but not to the Dog, who assumed it would be stunning. Remarkably, a spade was the chosen item.
