RE: Nadi: My dog.... the light of my life
I personally love a lot for the dog.
I simply decided that I was going to overstay my visa... fines and penalties be damned.
Your story reminds me a youtube video that I watched recently about a USA couple who spent a huge effort to take an abandoned street dog from my country to USA. That's wonderful how humans bond with animals.
Getting Nadi was not my choice
I am wondering which made you to put this name to the dog.
'Nadi' in my language means the pulse that you can feel with the body's blood flow. In simple terms "Nadi" is something used to determine whether your heart is working is not. The name of the dog fits well with your story because you two are connected that much.
a sensitive story
Nadi is actually a name that was given to her by my ex GF who is Korean. I means "lilly" in Korean. It also is just a nice sounding name that is easy to remember :)
That is really interesting and I like that. What is your language?
I am from Sri Lanka. We speak Sinhala language. (I know you have never heard😉)
well it is great information to me and gives me even more information to tell people about my dog's name. I'm happy that it doesn't mean something bad! Thanks again for the information
