Doodle Trends Drawing Contest 18: Spring Rolls

Hello Doodletrendistas,

Happy Monday. Time for another Doodle Trends Drawing Contest. Our theme for today is about spring rolls. In a few minutes the Chinese New Year starts. Chinese New Year officially begins on February 5th, 2019, and ends on February 19th. For this doodletrends week the prompts will be about the lucky food eaten during the celebration.

Here is a doodle I made quickly for your reference. It only took me around two minutes to finish this art. In the Philippines we have a version of this food and we call it lumpiang Shanghai. I guess the name Shanghai says where the inspiration is from. Spring rolls are said to be the symbols of wealth and prosperity for the Chinese community. These are often deep fried and are mostly filled with meat or vegetables. Hope you have an idea on how to create your own. Enjoy and have fun. I can not wait to see your entries.
