I think HF21 will change the game for Steem, but I think the price will still drop slightly.

I believe we have a a lot of people currently holding large bags that they wanna dump, but can't get themselves to do it at such low prices.

Anytime a crypto has tanked, I think you often see another slight drop after the price picks up (from all the people who decided to sell now that the price is at a fair place).
