You go to the beach if you have time and I don't know where you learned/read sun is as strongest between these hours. It all depends on where you live.

People need vita and most of us have a huge lack of it. Sunblockers only make it worse to absorb it. It even causes skin cancer which is scientifically proved.
Which makes one wonder what really causes skin cancer.

How many of those with skin cancer were sunbathing on a regular base? That percentage is very low.
