Many people are doing manual curation. Nowadays I am also included.
But some people are doing automatic upvoting, and I am also considering/thinking about switching to automatic voting, because I don't always have time for the Steem blockchain to manually curate.

    I think auto-voting is fine if the content creator has proven to make great content consistently like @crypto.piotr @scottcbusiness etc.
