I haven't seen anyone drawing the characters from this anime here...I'm hoping that someone will recognize him...
Psycho-pass is a crime thriller anime...very violent. I wouldn't enjoy this kind of very dark and mind twisting show if it was live action but I enjoy it as an anime.
I drew this back in February this year. It's drawn with parallele hatching.

Psycho-pass is one of my favorite series. I recently saw someone post a video of a working dominator at a con. I want one sooo bad!!!
