Bird of wisdom / or how to make new from 25 years old sketch
Long time ago I had two friends who were so in Tolkin books Lord of the rings..So long ago before it became world loved at this scale as today and movies filmed.
And they tried to make their own story. It was of course inspired with Tolkin motives, maps, weird creatures etc..So they were telling me about their main characters and I made some attempts of illustrations.
Drawings were made in old sketchbook I keep, but it's been long time I opened it.
And some time ago, thanks to Steemit I must admit, looking into art of other artist I admire here, I opened it and said to myself..
What if I try to make new drawings based on old ones?..Ooh and fun began..
So I give you here first of them

So here is first made long time ago
And here is bird in proces, first I made drawing with pencils and than used waterproof markers for lines
And then I figured to give her some dark backgrownd

Your bird of wisdom looks like its a character with a lot of charisma. The charm. Would love to see it in colour. Followed bro.

Great work as usual. I really like the way you framed in this image with the circle of circles! Standing on the books is a nice touch too. These elements add to the composition very nicely.
It makes me wish and wonder... what it would look like if brought into PhotoShop for coloring! That would be a lot of fun!
Thanks for noticing details :) @kidsysco, it was my main idea to describe wisdom with those details.
As regarding PH I wonder a lot but unfortunately I don't know a bit of it and I am starting to realize it will be next learning stop for me.
