Learning to Draw: Day 2 of 30: LIPS!

Day 2:

Today I only drew 6 sets of lips. I think that's a fair number to be drawing to see some progression in my art work. But I find it really hard to find out how to get better. I just guess that part just comes over time.

I also thought that by the end of 30 days of drawing lips I'll be really good, but the other parts of the human face that i'll draw will be terrible so it will be interesting to see what comes of that.

I noticed that I mostly draw my lips with the teeth showing so today I decided to draw them closed, I find it so much harder to draw them closed then open but probably only because I'm not use to drawing them closed.

So here is the lips I managed to draw up on my second day:

          It's amazing what a Youtube video can teach you! I'm scared to start eye in 27 days lol!
