The figure shows the mechanism of respiration in human. At rest position the breathe rate is lower than after exercise. There are two main mechanism of respiration. First is inhalation and the second one is exhalation. During exhalation means giving out of air from the and inhalation means taking in of air.

The figure demonstrates the experiment of breathing out air into lime water that carbon dioxide is exhaled during respiration.

The figure demonstrates the presences of tar is cigarette smoke. During the observation shows that, the tar is sticky poisonous chemical which is deposited on the inner side of fennel.
