Daily sketch - a little bit of randomness

in #drawing8 years ago

Hello Steemians!

I'm still here. It was pretty busy week for me. I had things to do in the garden. I watched some tutorials and I'm learning to do digital art. Soon I'll have more wonderful things to share with you.

The main reason why I haven't posted anything these past few days was that I was taking a little break. It may sound weird and odd for the most of you but my mind needed a little break from creativity. Well I took a break from a certain type of creativity - drawing.

I was resting my mind and my hand by cutting down few trees, mowing grass, putting up fence, pulling out and killing weeds and some thorny bushes and preparing wood and cutting them down to size. I did physical work, took some time away from creativity and switched my mind off. It felt wonderful. I've recharged my batteries and now after that short and needed break I'm back.

I've also spent some time with my girlfriend and I was under no pressure to draw and that as well felt good. I think I'm ready for the next step. :)

Today I've decide to ease back into it with these quick doodles:

I wanted to see if I still got it. :)

You may also want to check the first entry of coloring with me at this link -> here. <-

You can download the template > here < and share your version with me. I would like to see how you've done it.

I did help a little with advice and I shared some little tricks I do.

Have fun and keep steemin!

Great job! I am sure you will be an expert soon and yes it is good to take break from our work. It refreshes our mind .

Thank you for your words of confidence :)
I enjoy what I do and that is what I want the most. That and to learn new things.

Nice drawing.thanks bro.

I like the bird lol

Thank you :)

I totally agree, you gotta let your right brain rest a bit sometimes, let it recharge. Sometimes thats when I have my best ideas.
