Climb Out of Bed on Top of a Piano and Swallow a Hook

I had the weirdest dream the other night.

I was leaving a concert venue with my family. We exited the building through a series of spiral ramps. The ramps were like giant hallways 20 feet wide with 20-foot ceilings. Each level had a middle hall, followed by another ramp. At the entrance of each ramp was a woman in a plain blue oriental dress, reminiscent of Korra from Avatar: The Last Airbender. At each level of the building, my cousin's kid would run along ahead of us, strike a pose like the woman in blue and then slide down the ramp as if on a snowboard.

Suddenly, I woke up to the sound of the dog barking. I decided to go check it out. I'm feeling quite disoriented at this time. I climb down out of the bed, which is about 4 feet off the ground, and stand on the top of the piano, then must navigate around a dresser and some other furniture that is haphazardly strewn about the room. I walk out onto the back porch and fling the screen door open, hollering for the dog. With a series of barks, the dog's collar comes floating into the doorway about a foot and a half off the ground. I step out of the doorway and look out over the pond. My invisible family is fishing with giant 20-foot long fishing poles. I holler something at them, and react as if they responded in some manner, then alas I realize that I have somehow swallowed a hook and there is a fishing line hanging out of my mouth. There is an uncomfortable pressure in the front of my throat. I grab at the string and begin to tug. After a few moments of trying to pull the hook free, it gives and the hook comes out along with my insides as I vomit up human-sized fish guts.
