Ingredients

4 tbsp Oat instant (I wear brand captain oat)
450 ml of water
2 tablespoons milk powder dissolved with 50 ml water (can use UHT milk)
1/2 tsp fenugreek / klabet (15 minutes hot water)
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
3 cardamom grains (geprek)
1 segment of ginger (geprek)
1/2 tsp pepper powder
3 tbsp sugar (if likes lbh sweet add yes)
1/4 tsp fine salt (or adjust your taste)

Step

Oat instant I use this existing and most cheap here xixixix.
Fenugreek aka klabet / klebet in Indonesia usually make spice Gulai or Tengkleng goat
Soak klabet 1/2 teaspoon with hot water about 20 ml let 15 minutes
NOTE = klo likes strong aroma wear 1 tsp huh.
After 15 minutes pour the cups together with the water in the pan, add water, cardamom powder, cardamom, ginger, pepper powder, sugar, salt, stir well, cook to boil, taste test if likes more sweet add sugar.
After boiling the heat, enter the cooked oats instantly while stirring to stir not let ngegumpal, cook about 7 minutes or according to the instructions wrapped yes, because there are oats that must be cooked more than 10 minutes or vice versa.
Pour milk powder that has been dissolved with water then mix well, cook while stirring so that milk does not break ,
NOTE = if you want to use liquid milk / UHT please.
Cook if it seems thick, I like that is not too thick, a little bit thin like this about, let good at sruput wear glass, do not need to scoop hehehe
