Refreshing post. I had never heard of tetas of cassava. That's new for me. Not sure I want to try it.
One popular cold drink missing here is the chicha, or rice and vanilla milk shake. It is my favorito, but it is hard to find someone who prepares good chichas in Cumaná.
The best for me were in Carúpano and Irapa. Not sure if they still keep the recipe. I have not been in those towns in years
