Putting money into this game is the worst decision I ever made in my entire crypto history. I will never get my Steem out. The fact that people like me and you who invested so much only to let thousands of players get even so fast is sickening, The battles suck, the rewards suck even more for you and I. I litteraly could make more Steem loaning it for almost free to my grandmother. I wish I could turn back time and never heard of this game.

At least you learned to not but money in ponzis.

Nothing personal, but what is the worst thing about socialism and causes its failure, everytime?
People consuming without working, yes?

Your goal of passive income equates you with the very worst people in socialism, except on steem.
I know you contribute alot to the bottom line of steem, perhaps you should alter your ultimate goal of playing?

I know i sure appreciate your donation to the faucet that may be @drugwars best feature.
It distributes the coin to people that otherwise would have none.
(Provided they quell abuse effectively.)
It could be a great place to spread fame, or consumerism.
Those come at a cost.

Would you rather have 100usd from 1m people, or 10m usd from 10 people?
The million people are more likely to trade amongst themselves, imo, and isn't mass adoption our goal?

For that to happen, steem has to be attractive to everybody, not just those that want to eat without working.

Was there any reason why you were so much into this game?

Yea I thought it would be a great way to harvest Steem and get a little ROI. I could delegate the Steem I put into this game to a bot.....even if they stole 1/2 the rewards from me the ROI would be better.

Like the best ICO ever.

Sorry for you.

Lol...Drug Wars is NOT an “ICO”.....sorry for your ignorance.

Hey @broncnuts, I’m sorry to hear about your losses in Drugwars, I only play it casually luckily and now can’t even get decent fights because bots get there first.

For my ROI needs I only use my SP to delegate to leases, I currently am a major market maker on our new platform announced today on https://steemit.com/@dlease and have delegated almost all my SP to fill lease demand at my current overall APR average of 20.9%.

I could really use your help as market maker to get leases cycling faster to help us build up advertising budgets so we can launch external banner ad campaigns. There are currently too many leases for the existing market makers to fill, we need more market makers.

Feel free to DM me on Discord thecryptodrive#8144

Sad story :(

Damn. Don't sugar coat it... tell us how you really feel !tip

🎁 Hi @broncnutz! You have received 0.1 STEEM tip from @davedickeyyall!

Sending tips with @tipU - how to guide :)

What I don't get is the fact that @fundition is supporting this bullshit with the spam posts? Why? Are the creators the same/friends? I have always had a good impression of @fundition, even though I had 0 to do with it. But this certainly makes the image rather negative. Anyone some thoughts here?

Same goes for me I don't know why a project with such a good reputation makes something like that.

Posted using Partiko Android

A few of the team members of @fundition made the game. I believe @hightouch is the CTO.

True, just found out that he is the founder of @fundition. Not the best impression that he is using the STEEMIT INC delegation @fundition is getting to promote his game - or in case of the beneficiary rewards, filling his own pocket!

Hey @theaustrianguy,
I'm not filling "my pocket" as you think, we have worked for 2 years on this blockchain and participated to some biggest project on it.
The delegation from STEEMIT inc was a delegation to futureshock and we are probably one of the biggest team on this blockchain which have worked really hard to obtain this delegation (because we came later), fundition is one of our project and we are constantly working to give the best service to all our users and with all our apps. Do you think that some beneficiary fees will help to make us rich? While we are around 10 people working each day here?
We are also spreading the word about steem and all our apps on social networks, while many apps doesnt take care about it.

Anyway I'm sorry to give you a bad impression, that doesnt change the fact that I m 200% behind fundition each day as I do for drugwars, but it's maybe also because the author of this post give false informations. We are upvoting drugwars fights, only 1 time per day but why? as you may notice we are upvoting players depending of their investment in game, and also to make some communication around the game for sure, even if we dont need it anymore. When most of people are crying to a ponzi, we came up with a different solution, when some of our big players became angry to not make any ROi, we have found a way to give theim back what we can, with what we can immediately, because better solutions take times, and they will come!
The author of this post just made a screenshots while I was making tests with units, but he doesnt say that all of its attacks was automated and he was the biggest cheater on Drugwars and tried to steal the rewards from all other players, but what can we except from a guy who selfupvotes himself more than 60% for years now...

@themarkymark a game which reward people can have flaws (and even more at start for sure), but I have no doubt that we will succes and become the most played game over blockchains!

A case of stupid jealousy that harms the Steem community. How as a Witness, one can deplore a Dapp Steem is after just a month of use in the best placed Dapp.
In addition there is a personal attack on @hightouch which is unbearable. A guy who for more than 1 year developed a completely free and libertarian project in the noble sense of the term.
@themarkymark you disgust us ...
Force @hightouch force @fundition for whom @themarkymark has never done any advertising ...
I understand better why Steem is not in the top 10 cryptos

i like your game. wish you all the best

The author of this post just made a screenshots while I was making tests with units, but he doesnt say that all of its attacks was automated

So you're admitting that you were padding your troop count and auto-attacking users? That's super shady.

Sorry for his poor english XD. Hightouch meant that he was testing units and Battles but the author of this very post omitted the fact that he is the one who made automatic attacks.... hope it will help to understand the situation.

Yeah that doesn't change anything. The fact is, Hightouch was using his developer status to pad his troop count and attack other users. I don't care if MarkyMark was taking advantage of the system in place for automating attacks. But I absolutely care that a developer is using his status to get ahead in the game.

When most of people are crying to a ponzi, we came up with a different solution, when some of our big players became angry to not make any ROi, we have found a way to give theim back what we can

How is this a solution?

The $0.28 cent vote from Fundition claims $1.428 of the rewards from his post.

So your "solution" took $1.428 (after curation) from this user for a $0.28 vote that they only get $0.21 after curation. 35% curation is by far the largest on the chain out of all dApps, yet this is a reward to the player who invested the most?

How were these issues not discovered before you even started writing a line of code?

Not only that, who wants 32,000 of these no effort posts on the blockchain so you can make the game hemorrhage less?

The $0.28 cent vote from Fundition claims $1.428 of the rewards from his post.

Take Excel and calculate the economy?
No way, man. No way!

People will learn a good lesson from it.

  1. 'Game is just a Game'
  2. Don't expect a lifetime pension from the game
  3. Game & Gambling can't be an 'investment'
  4. If you want to Make money, earn it with your own hand.
    5. Or create an another shitcoin or a ponzi scheme

A bit sad that Drugwars having a hard time, but hopefully this situation will enlighten them and help to make better & strong project next time.
We learn from mistakes, No?

Thank you for an informative post @themarkymark!

It was clear since the beginning that it is a ponzi and still the people invested and are now complaining they loose money. They new the risk since the begining, but still invested because they thought they can make money.

This game is a Robinhood :D

Exactly the reason why there are so many successful scams going on in the crypto space. Because people cant think. They get hyped out of their minds and make stupid decisions.

Im not saying all the folks that got bamboozled by this game, thinking this was a "good investment" are idiots. Im saying they are rash and impatient. They dont take the time to examine things and research the project they are putting money in.

Not until they get burned do they learn. And those are tough lessons.

self vote because of Jaws spam.

What plugin do you use to see the vote weight and vote amount in the Steemit.com voters list on a post? Also, how do you set your DW accounts up to auto-dump the drugs if you’re a computer novice?

steemplus is the extension I believe.

Their reward structure favours the new players, which is not that bad. All they have to do is to stop bots and it will be fine I think

Posted using Partiko Android

How do you say that it favours new players?

Posted using Partiko Android

It's cheaper and more profitable at the lower levels

Posted using Partiko Android

But rewards are decreasing day by day right? And also the quantity of drugs produced in a day is way too much for a starter to get just 0.10 Steem as their daily reward. I maybe wring with the exact value of Steem. But it is definitely low compared to how much people used to get when they joined initially right?

Posted using Partiko Android

I'll give you an example. If you invest 10 STEEM you'll get it back in 3-4 weeks. If you invested 100 STEEM, it would take much more time to return your investment

Posted using Partiko Android

So its favours small players, not new players ;)

Correct. I've made the wrong assumptions that all new players are small.

Posted using Partiko Android

Yes that's true. But I still don't get why you say that it favours the new players. In my opinion I would say that it favours only the clever players. Even if they are new players and if they plan to invest 500 STEEM, it is going to take forever to get the ROI right?

Posted using Partiko Android

Is it easy to work out? If you invest more, you can upgrade quicker and keep producing more drugs. You might get to break even quicker if you invest but is it easy to work out how much all the upgrades improve earnings in the long term?

If you invest too much you won't get a decent roi. And you can't upgrade as most ppl did at the beginning because now there are a lot of bot users who will attack you if you don't have enough defense. You can't just wait to get enough res to upgrade everything, you will have to invest in your defense and that will slow down your growth. And the rewards are going down each day if you don't upgrade, for example, I get ~5% less Steem per day.

There will be no real new players because the whole game mechanic is shit, battles are shit and I don't think the devs will/can do anything to make it a good game

I don't think it is that simple to work out. Yes if we invest more we can progress quick but it is purely dependent on how clever we are in choosing which one to upgrade. Math is not that simple.

Posted using Partiko Android

Check this out: pharma upgrade from level 2 to level 3 cost approx. 19 STEEM.
Upgrade from level 1 to 2 would cost less than 9 STEEM.

both will increase your production with 24K/day

Posted using Partiko Android

thanks for the userlist - i will penetrate them to reduce these rewards from bot-accounts.

Typical ponzi scheme

At least @steemnova isn't one xD

Posted using Partiko Android

because it has no economy whatsoever? )

It has a small one.
