I agree 100% with you that being the sole owner of a low-risk business like yours is the better option.
It is only when you look at going "wholesale" and you need more capital that you can look at getting the help of partners.
The best thing about starting small and as the owner is that you can learn from your mistakes, which can only help you in the future.
