CHOCOLATE AMARETTO DESSERT - VIDEO
This no bake chocolate and amaretto cheesecake is so amazing. Not only does it look fantastic, but it tastes so incredible! It looks so fancy and all the flavours go together so well. Enjoy this super easy, but stunning dessert!
Ingredients for the cheesecake:
4-6 biscuits Oreos or digestive cookies ( any biscuits you like)
100 grams of dark chocolate
140 ml of double cream or whipping cream
50 gr of icing sugar
200 grams soft cheese (full-fat, such as Philadelphia)
125 grams mascarpone cheese
40 ml of amaretto 6 amaretti biscuits
1 tbsp cocoa powder

Awesome recipe. My favorite liquor is amaretto, especially from the Disaronno brand. This dessert would be up my alley.
