Optimizing sleep is the first thing you need to do to be healthy.
Even a healthy diet doesn’t affect health as much as a good sleep.
For example, it is one of the best medicines for migraine.

Briefly about the main thing about sleep:

  • it is recommended to sleep at least 7-8 hours a day,
  • it is advisable to go to bed and wake up at the same time,
  • sleep well in a slightly cool and ventilated area (19-23 degrees Celsius),
  • in the room there should be no noise and light (use blackout curtains, eye masks, earplugs).

It is also important how we prepare for bed. Before going to bed, it is advisable not to eat at least 2 hours. Also no need to do sports, use phone/computer/TV.

In the evening, at least an hour before bedtime, you should use the lamp orange lighting (warm light, not cold blue light, not daylight, otherwise our brain is adjusted to the fact that it is day). If there are no such lamps, you can wear special glasses that cut off the blue light.

Lack of sleep, sleep disorders contribute to the development of degenerative brain diseases such as Alzheimer's disease. A healthy good sleep refreshes, puts in order the information obtained during the day in the brain.

I have an irregular sleep mode: I can go to sleep at 22 hours, then at 2-3. This is bad, so I'm interested in sleep and looking for solutions to how to restore sleep.
