I was going to upload my first Dtube video today and I got this error - Error while submitting to the blockchain

Hi dears.
It my 8th day on steemit, today I tried to upload my first ever Dtube video but whenever I click submit button, it shows this error: Error while submitting to the blockchain.

Kindly suggest me solution, i would be very grateful
