PA Highest Court Rules Drug Use While Pregnant Is Not Child Abuse

It used to be a legally accepted that a child is a child is a child regardless of whether they are in the womb or not. Now, thanks to the Left’s activist judges that is no longer the case, because muddying the waters on this note is a tactic in regards to abortion in order to try to fight the societal shift towards pro-life. As a result, it is no longer child abuse in Pennsylvania to take illicit drugs while pregnant, allowing mothers to shoot up, snort, or smoke up, and turn their children into addicts before leaving the womb.
