it's good idea but i recommended to get SSD as system disk and other disks for your data that's will be more helpful
and now there is a kind of disks and it's similar to a card you put it in the motherboard directly:
SSD is the good option to troubleshoot slowing booting process. if a person no to upgrade the hard drive to SSD then solution which is mentioned above is helpful for him.
